@ Marketing Related Tasks:
_ Creating marketing plans and provide innovative ideas to reach targeted clients on all platforms for domestic market and overseas.
_ Maintaining/Updating company’s current marketing channels/tools (website, newsletter, Facebook, MailChimp, Landing Page/ Domain/Real Estate/ Marketing email) and running Social Media campaigns as required to achieve marketing outcomes.
_ SEO control & advisory for update and improvement.
_ Assist in organising any marketing events, seminars, selling booths etc.
_ Researching and writing marketing content collateral as required.
_ Development of print design (business cards, flyers, posters, banners and decals).
_ Support in managing projects and strategies.
@ Administration Assisting tasks, including but not limited to:
_ Answering & transferring phone calls, post & receive mails, greet and welcome clients & monitor admin email account.
_ Photocopy, organise, and manage company’s contracts, documents and related data.
_ Ordering stationaries & other office supplies when necessary.
_ Carry out administration and documentation tasks to support other team member or as allocated by the managers.
_ Must have prior experience in Marketing and related fields.
_ 2nd language is an advantage (Vietnamese/Mandarin/Cantonese).
_ Graphic design skills and design software knowledge are an advantage (Photoshop, Illustrator or similar).
_ Competent of using designing/marketing/computer tools: Adobe Creative Suite, MailChimp, Facebook, Microsoft Office, Google Suite.
_ Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
_ Fantastic organizational skills, attention to detail, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
_ Student visa (with Working permit) is welcome.
_ Prefect candidates will hold qualification in Business Marketing with some Graphic design skills plus actual working experience; especially those who have understanding of real estate industry will be looked upon favourably.
